JUSTICE FOR  MARI We at RRM have been in contact with San Antonios Police and Medical Examiner more than several times regarding a good friend of ours Maricela Perez. After talking with the local law enforcement and with Maris family just many things just don’t seem to add up. We do know that Mari was having abusive marital problems for quite some time and we do truly believe that there was fowl play involved with her death. But the question that we continuously ask is why didn’t the local police department do a formal investigation?

According to the San Antonio Medical Examiner all the information that they have on her was based on what her husband Salvador Perez stated.  She dropped off the kids at school in the morning and came home and forgot to put the SUV in park. Now… I personally never forgot to put any of my vehicles in park let alone any responsible driver would but the husband continued to stated that she tried to jump back in to stop the SUV from rolling back. Unfortunately the driver door caught her and she ran herself over. Now in the state of California they would of took a report but also would of investigated it. Upon investigation they would of found out that the husband was lying out of his ass. Provided below is a picture where the accident/ crime took place. On the right side of the picture where the white truck is, is the actual driveway where she supposedly ran herself over. The SUV wouldn’t have enough speed to do the damage that took place with Mari. Had there been an incline immediately as soon as she would of let go of the brakes the vehicle would of started rolling back.    

“Gravity will not wait for you to take the keys out of the ignition then close the door then decide to roll the vehicle back while your walking away. The husbands alibi is just to bullshit.”  

We truly believed that Salvador took Mari out by running her over then came up with a lousy alibi that costed Mari her life. Instead of calling 911 he made a 45 minute drive to San Antonio where by then Mari was barely conscious . Because Floresville Texas is a very small enough city where everybody knows each other we believe that there’s a possibility that Salvador Perez got away with murder because he knows the right people or even possibly related or this was even premeditated. WE NEED MARI PEREZ DEATH OFFICIALLY INVESTIGATED BY THE FLORESVILLE P.D. WHERE THIS INCIDENT TOOK PLACE!         The Medical Examiners info is based on with what the husband told them   The first thing anyone would do is call 911 who would then dispatch an emergency ambulance and police. Unfortunately for Mari this wasn’t the case as she was dying. LAZINESS OR NO ONE GIVES A FUCK?

The Medical Examiner information came from the San Antonio hospital where her death occurred. The San Antonio police department information came from the Medical Examiner. The actual crime scene/ accident took place at the location that she resided in Floresville Texas- a 45 minute drive from San Antonio. Because it took place at the residence one would think that the Floresville PD would at least look into it and come to their own conclusion but wait a minute…. When we talked with them they had no record of her death or wasn’t even aware of it. They forward us to the Floresville Sheriffs who had her listed as a death in their database but that was pretty much it. Then they politely told us that where the location that it took place wasn’t in their jurisdiction. That it was the PD’s jurisdiction. Guess where the hospital got their information in what took place and their conclusion was based on that? They got their info from the husband.  

FLORESVILLE, TX

The lil bitty itsy bitsy town that their own police department closes at 5:00pm and isn’t open on the weekends. What the???? Are you serious? After talking briefly with a detective he pretty much ended the conversation saying that they can’t do anything unless the San Antonios Medical Examiner states that its possible there was fowl play despite the fact that they know that it could be a homicide.  

OUR CONCLUSION

What’s also is questionable is why did Salvador drive her to a hospital in San Antonio 45 minutes away instead of calling 911 or to a local hospital? By the time she got to the San Antonio hospital it was already to late. Could it be that he didn’t want the police to go to the residence where everything took place because they would of investigated and he would of got busted? After all he had a 45 minute drive of concocting an alibi while continuously apologizing to Mari. Had a bad accident like this happened to anyone… they would of called 911. If Mari would of ran herself over she would of called 911. What we believed happened was that out of a fit of rage things got heated and Mari was ran over. Salvador then eventually came to his senses then decided to take Mari to the hospital. He knew he was better off going to the next city and because Mari had a beautiful heart and was scared she must of been fearfully apologizing because she knew that she needed care. She was semi conscious by the time they got to the hospital and was intubated where eventually her family decided to let her go after 5 days later dying in a coma. For quite some time there was violence in the relationship. Mari wasn’t happy. Mari was also sick and was unfortunately in a sad situation. She wanted out but didn’t know how to get out. We want the Floresville Police to to do a formal investigation on her death. Doesn’t matter if it’s 4-5 months later. Had we known that she passed away in April instead of a couple of months ago we would of made a big thing back then. We want justice for Maricela “Mari” Perez.
